DBT Skills Group for Teens
Life as a teen can feel overwhelming—intense emotions, stress, and conflicts with family or friends can make it hard to stay in control. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is like physical therapy for your brain, helping you build skills to handle emotions, deal with stress, and communicate without drama or regret.
In this group, you'll learn how to:
Manage emotions so they don’t control you.
Handle stress without making things worse.
Communicate effectively to get what you need while keeping respect.
Set boundaries without damaging relationships.
Stay present and avoid getting lost in negative thoughts.
I’ve seen firsthand what works, and I’m here to help you gain real-life skills to feel more in control and confident. Ready to make a change? Let’s do this together.
