Tweens and teens age 10 to 14 struggling with intense emotions and impulsive behaviors.

HOW WILL THIS HELP?

  • Learn to control your emotions more effectively

  • Learn to get your needs met without damaging relationships

  • Learn to tolerate stressful situations

  • Learn mindfulness skills to cultivate on-going happiness

 

GROUP A: High School

Who: teens 13 to 17
(Parents are strong encouraged to participate in Thursday Parents Group, 7:00-8:15pm)

When: Mondays, 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Where: via telehealth
