Young adults who struggle with intense emotions that effects their relationships and ability to achieve their goals.

Learn to get your needs met without damaging relationships
Learn to tolerate stressful situations
Learn mindfulness skills to cultivate ongoing happiness
already been through two rounds of the dbt skills?
We now offer a Grad group which is perfect way to continue to solidify your skills.
This group will help you set goals for yourself, and provides accountability in a supportive environment.
You will deepen your mindfulness practice and we will continue to review all of the DBT skills throughout these sessions as needed.

First-Time to DBT
Who: People ages 18 to 35
Day: Tuesdays, 6:30pm to 7:45pm, on-going
